This is my signature class Body Boutique Bootcamp. Incorporates all different training modalities. High Intensity, strength building, improving overall fitness and changing body composition. Every class offers a different workout. All challenging but easily scaled to suit you. Suitable for all fitness levels modifications shown. Corrections offered, proper form taught and modifications offered.
Recommended equipment:
mini band, long band and or dumbbells or household items for resistance training.
New session starting Monday March 1st. Receive a free week in March with your membership. That’s 14 classes for the same price as 12.

I invite you to continue or to join me to be part of a wonderful community of strong, supportive, inclusive people who are invested in their well being and support you on bettering yours, just as I do! It’s never too late to start!!

This is a diverse, supportive community comprised of all different fitness levels. Classes show modifications for all levels and for types of equipment.
Full monthly membership gives you 3-hour long classes a week plus recordings if you miss the live class time.
Weekly Live Class Schedule:
Monday’s:
9:30am and 6pm. Same workout taught in each class on the same day.
Wednesday’s:
9:30am and 6pm. Same workout taught in each class on the same day.
Saturday’s:
10am
$80.00 membership fee for the month. Works out to $6.60 a class. One easy zoom link for every class for the month. Missed a class or want to repeat it? Recordings emailed out same day. Once payment is received your zoom link will be emailed out to you.
Canadian Physical Activity Guidelines recommends 150 minutes a week of vigorous activity a week. Completing 3 classes a week already puts you ahead of that health goal by 30 minutes!!

I want to support you. I want to be a part of you feeling great in your body, and your well being. Making the time and investing in your health and well being will give you so many tools to deal with whatever lies ahead! We are in this together. We can be stronger and healthier together. We can set performance goals together!! It doesn’t matter where you are starting from complete beginner, fall off the wagon, or injuries all that matters is you start. You are so worth it.
