Canadian Physical Activity Guidelines recommends 150 minutes a week of vigorous activity a week. Completing 3 classes a week already puts you ahead of that health goal by 30 minutes!!

I’m a certified coach, dedicated to leading you through challenging workouts suitable for all fitness levels with the breakdown of proper form t making it safe and empowering. I don’t want you to just try to copy movement. I want you to learn it, understand it and perform it to the best of your ability. Empowering other’s through movement.
